Unity of Beauty and Virtue “Kalokagathia”

“Kalokagathia.” This name embodies two truths from Greek philosophy: Kalos (beauty) and Agathos (virtue). I first encountered this word when I was nineteen.

Media, books, films, all forms of visuals and communication— I wish to weave these worlds together and create content that transcends genres. Just a single word, a mere accumulation of small thoughts, is enough. It may fade away one day, and that’s fine.
This is not just a job; it is the meaning of life. In my longing for beauty, I unknowingly reach for virtue. That is the kind of life I want to end with.

I will go beyond the work of an editor.

「カロカガチア」。この名には、ギリシャ哲学のKalos（美）とAgathos（善）、ふたつの真理が宿っている。この言葉と出会ったのは19歳の時だった。

メディア、書籍、映像、あらゆるビジュアルとコミュニケーション——私はこれらの世界を編み上げ、ジャンルを超えたコンテンツを創りたい。成果物としては言葉のひとつ一つ、ごく小さな考えの積み重ねでよい。変化してもよいしそのうち消え失せてもよい。それは仕事ではなく、生きる意味だから。
「美」に憧れ続けた結果、知らぬうちに「善」に到達していたとか、いつしかそんな一生を終えたいと思う。
